The meeting "Leader and Youth" in Kashkadarya turned into a sincere conversation.

Direct dialogue with youth is a priority principle of the policy of New Uzbekistan, the driving force of society's development.

The next "Leader and Youth" meeting, organized at the initiative of JSCB "Microcreditbank," took place in the building of the Law College in the city of Karshi, Kashkadarya region. The event was attended by the Acting Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. B.Allaniyazov, the bank's management, and active and proactive young people participated.

At the meeting, the conditions created for young people at "Microcreditbank" and the main directions of the bank's activities, plans for the future, as well as the opportunities created for young people, were explained with specific facts.

During the event, about 20 problems and proposals were heard, 10 of which were resolved in the process itself. This is a clear demonstration in practice of not being indifferent to the problems of youth, prompt solutions, and a responsible approach.

The conversation also touched upon the facts of corruption in society and intolerance towards it. It was emphasized that protecting every young person with the "integrity vaccine" will only contribute to growth in their future work. Examples of the negative impact of bribery on society and family were cited, and the need to report corruption cases in the bank through communication channels was noted.

At the meeting, young people had the opportunity to freely express their questions and opinions, which turned into a sincere dialogue. Detailed answers were given to each question, and practical advice was given in accordance with the future plans of young people.

Most importantly, this meeting gave young people not only theoretical knowledge, but also a clear idea of what opportunities the bank has for implementing their ideas.
