The minimum amount of the initial paymentThe amount of at least 15% of the cost of construction (repair/reconstruction) of an individual house is formed at the expense of the client's own funds.
The interest rate
The rate is four percentage points higher than the Central Bank's main rate.
The documents
- are an identity card or passport and a document replacing the passport. Upon presentation by the customer of the military personnel's military ID, a copy of the identity card or passport is also required.;
- income documents (except for persons without income)/electronic data;
- a document confirming the right to a land plot for the construction of an individual house (permanent use, lifelong inherited ownership);
- design and estimate documentation approved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation on housing construction;
- an agreement concluded with a contractor for the performance of construction works /purchase of construction products/employees registered as self-employed persons (in an amount not exceeding the cost specified in the design and estimate documentation);
- Other relevant documents provided for by law may be required.
- be a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan who has reached the age of 18 and is not older than 60 years on the day of applying for a mortgage loan;
- the debt burden indicator (taking into account this subsidy in cases where a subsidy is considered to cover part of the interest costs on a mortgage loan) should not exceed 70 percent (with the exception of persons without income);
- at the time of consideration of the issue of granting a loan, there is no overdue debt on previously received loans from banks and other credit organizations;
- have the right of lifelong ownership of a land plot for the construction (reconstruction) of an individual house and have design and estimate documentation agreed upon in accordance with the established procedure.
- A mortgage loan is issued to citizens who have a land plot or cadastral documents, that is, the person who wants to get a loan must be the same person as the owner of the land plot (with the exception of a married couple).
- The borrower is using a mortgage loan for the first time. At the same time, loans received by the borrower before May 1, 2024, are not taken into account.
- A citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan included in the anti-poverty program on the recommendation of the Mahalla Ettiliga and in need of improved housing conditions
- At the same time, the borrower may or may not have a permanent income.
