Loan term: up to 20 years.
Minimum down payment: 15%.
Annual interest rate: 18%.
Maximum loan amount: 33,000,000 soums.

- ID card or passport;
- permanent income;
- a document confirming lifelong possession or ownership of a land plot for the construction of additional housing in an individual house;
- design and estimate documentation approved in accordance with the procedure established by law for the construction of additional housing in an individual house;
- contract with a contractor for construction work / contract for the purchase of construction products / contract with employees registered as self-employed (for an amount not exceeding the cost specified in the design and estimate documentation);
- other relevant documents specified by law may also be required.
Children from families included in “the Iron Book” and “the Women's Book”, as well as newlyweds who are married, included in “the Youth Book”.
