- ID card or passport;
- stable income;
- a document confirming the right to a land plot for the construction of an individual house (permanent use, the right of lifetime inheritance);
- design and estimate documentation approved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation on housing construction;
- contract with a contractor for construction work / contract for the purchase of construction products / contract with employees registered as self-employed (for an amount not exceeding the cost specified in the design and estimate documentation)
- other relevant documents specified by law may also be required.
The amount of at least 15% of the cost of individual housing construction (reconstruction) is formed at the expense of the customer's own funds in cash.
- for a loan for the construction of a new house on an existing land plot:
- pledge of property;
- deposit and jewelry made of gold;
- guarantees of third parties;
- loan default insurance policy.
- for a loan for the construction of an additional house on an existing land plot, the existing house is mortgaged together with the right to use the land plot in full.

For individuals aged 21 to 60 years who are bank clients and self-employed without official income
Microloan
The microloan is disbursed in cash or by transferring to a borrower's plastic card in the national currency for a period of 60 months up to 100 million soums.
Loans are allocated to female students recommended or accepted for training on a paid-contract basis in the specialties of bachelor's and master's programs of educational institutions.
