A consumer loan for the purchase of computers for young people who have successfully completed advanced training courses and received a certificate under the Million Programmer project.

Borrower: under the age of thirty-one, who has successfully completed advanced training courses and received a certificate under the Million Programmer project, received a consumer loan for the purchase of a computer and has an obligation to repay it in accordance with the conditions specified in the loan agreement by a citizen (his legal representative applying on behalf of a person under the age of sixteen).

Purpose of the loan: within the framework of the "Developer for a Million" project, it is allocated to young people who have successfully completed training courses and received a certificate for the purchase of computers (including those not manufactured in the Republic of Uzbekistan).

The borrower submits the following documents to the bank:

• identity card or passport of the client, co-borrower and guarantor - an individual;

• A copy of the certificate of successful completion of training courses within the framework of the Million Programmer project;

• Certificate issued by the Agency for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan on verification of the certificate and reimbursement of interest payments on the loan (no more than 60 (sixty) days after its presentation);

• Contract for the sale of a computer;

• credit supporting documents.

Providing a loan:

• third party warranty;

• insurance policies;

• A child from a family included in the "Unified Register of Social Security" or a member of the "Register of Youth", who has successfully completed advanced training courses and received a certificate in the framework of the "Million Programmer" project, or who has received a participant certificate that they are studying at advanced training courses in information technologies of organizations that are residents of the IT park, or a guarantee provided by the State Youth Policy Support Fund until August 1, 2023, for young people who have successfully completed these training courses in the last 6 months to receive a loan to purchase a computer;

Loan term: up to 24 months.

Annual interest rate: no more than 1.5 times the main rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Maximum loan amount: up to 25 times the base settlement amount (BCA).
