Requirements for candidates:

have higher economic education;
-
work experience in the banking and (or) financial system for at least 5 years, including work experience in senior positions in the proposed unit for at least 3 years;

possess knowledge and skills for collective research and analysis of risk management, prudential regulations (including capital adequacy and liquidity ratios), corporate governance, compliance control and financial and economic issues;

knowledge of regulatory and legal documents related to the banking sector and regulatory documents of the Central Bank; have knowledge and skills in accounting and reporting legislation, as well as international standards and international auditing standards;

Also, experience as an external auditor or certificates of "Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)", "Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)", Certificates of international accountants ("Certified International Professional Accountant (CIPA)", "Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA and ACA)”, “Certified Public Accountant (CPA)” or “Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR)” and/or international risk management certificates (“Certified Risk Manager (CRM)” or “Financial Risk Manager (FRM)").
