General requirements:
• Consulting company's experience of working with IFRS according to the requirements of the international Big Four (BIG4);
• Experience in teaching and implementing IFRS in banks;
• Possession of international accountant (ACCA, CPA) certificates of the organization's employees.
Specific requirements:
• Reviewing the bank's internal normative, policies and methodology under IFRS, making changes and additions in necessary cases;
• Deliver the study sessions and make recommendations regarding the complete coverage of the requirements of IFRS and test the new recommended methodology and policy with the use of the previous date;
• Deliver study sessions and practical training programs to the employees on minimizing errors or deficiencies in reporting if any;
• Practically training the preparation of quarterly calculations under IFRS 9 in the bank and, based on the result, carry out practical training of employees on the use of IFRS 9;
• Practically training the relevant structural divisions of the bank about the requirements under IFRS and giving recommendations for future work activities;
• Review the working paper, make adjustments and corrections of errors or deficiencies in reporting if any and provide practical training under IFRS;
• Participation in the preparation of the main 4 forms of reports and comments (Notes) including full disclosure in the report under the IFRS at the end of at least 4 quarters together with the employees.
Language requirements:
The working language is strictly Uzbek and the English candidate or team of candidates must be fluent in Uzbek and English speaker.
