Reminder for bank card holders

When receiving a bank card, each owner establishes his or her unique PIN code, which is one of the security tools. PIN is a personal identification number of a bank card holder, which certifies the right to dispose of the funds accounted on the card account, and confirms that the order is given to the bank card holders.

The bank card holder independently sets the password for withdrawal of funds from the bank card:

• The first password – is for debiting funds from a plastic card;
• The second password – is for crediting funds to a plastic card.

Attention!

1. If the PIN-code is entered incorrectly three times, the card is automatically blocked. Unblocking the card is possible at the branch where the card was issued on the basis of presenting an identity document.
2. If your bank card is lost or stolen, the first thing to do is to block the card, because if the PIN-code is disclosed, there is a risk of unauthorized actions with the funds in your account by third parties.
