Tasks:
• Managing the activities of the Department for Anti-Corruption Control;
• Development, implementation, and control over the implementation of policies and internal documents in the field of combating corruption;
• Assessment of corruption risks and taking measures to reduce them, forming a list of high-risk positions;
• Monitoring the implementation of tasks set within the framework of the state anti-corruption program;
• cooperation with government agencies and law enforcement agencies on compliance control and anti-corruption issues;
• preparation and submission of reports on the work done to the Bank's Supervisory Board;
• Organization and control of training programs, trainings, and events for employees;
• Ensuring the anti-corruption system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 37001:2016;
• Control over the consideration of complaints and appeals on corruption cases, working with appeals received through special communication channels;
• Analyze the results of inspections and develop proposals for improving anti-corruption measures.
Requirements for candidates:
• Higher legal or economic education;
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership positions in the banking sector, government agencies, or compliance control;
• knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on combating corruption and regulatory legal acts regulating banking activities;
• Knowledge of international standards in the field of combating corruption, including ISO 37001:2016;
• Have experience in assessing, analyzing, and developing corruption risk reduction plans;
• Skills of effective communication with state and law enforcement agencies;
• Developed leadership, analytical, and communication skills;
• A high level of personal responsibility, impartiality, and immunity to corruption risks.
