On the acceptance by the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Mikrokreditbank" of the obligation to comply with the recommendations of the
"Corporate Governance Rules for Enterprises with State Participation"
Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Mikrokreditbank" announces that by Resolution No. 4 of the General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 27, 2025, the Bank has undertaken to comply with the recommendations of the "Corporate Governance Rules for Enterprises with State Participation" approved by the State Assets Management Agency on May 20, 2024 No. 179, starting from July 1, 2025.
