
On June 19 of this year, a regular training seminar for mahalla agents was held in the Andijan region in cooperation with Mikrokreditbank and the Central Bank.
This seminar was organized to improve the quality of financial services provided to the population, further strengthen the professional knowledge and skills of mahalla agents, and expand financial inclusion.
During the event, participants were provided with detailed information on banking services and products, the effective use of digital banking services, increasing the financial literacy of the population, customer service culture, and innovations in current regulatory legal acts.

Also, during the seminar, problems encountered in the activities of mahalla agents of MKABNK and their solutions were discussed, practical recommendations and experience exchange sessions were organized. Specialists provided detailed answers to the agents' questions, paying special attention to the further development of knowledge and skills necessary for their daily activities.
