
In order to ensure the implementation of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to increase the efficiency of state policy in the field of poverty reduction and employment” dated October 4, 2024, an important project was implemented by JSCB “Mikrokreditbank” in cooperation with the German international organization “International People”.
According to it, a center for vocational and language training for citizens wishing to work in Germany was established in the city of Bukhara.

The opening ceremony of the center was attended by the leaders of the German company and Shahlo Ibragimova, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSCB "Mikrokreditbank".
At the center, unemployed and children from poor families are trained according to international standards and sent to work with certificates that are recognized abroad.
Microcreditbank offers a number of opportunities in this area:
• soft loans for education, visas, airline tickets and living expenses;
• international bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay);
• convenient financial services for money transfers;
• loans for the purchase of modern educational equipment;
• educational seminars and consulting services.

Within the framework of the project, citizens will be selected and recruited for training through mahalla bankers and assistant agents of 544 makhallas. Those who successfully complete their training will be offered jobs with a monthly salary starting from $2,500.
On the same day, a trilateral memorandum of cooperation was signed with the large German recruitment company International People GmBH and Co GK, in cooperation with JSCB "Mikrokreditbank" and the Bukhara regional branch of the Migration Agency.

This project, implemented by Microcreditbank, will not only reduce unemployment, but also contribute to the country's economy by preparing the population for the international labor market.
