
JSCB "Microcreditbank" plans to conduct a comprehensive audit of the CRM ELMA credit conveyor system to further improve the quality of services provided to clients and enhance the efficiency of lending processes.
To ensure prompt and high-quality customer service, the bank, in cooperation with "Tune Consulting" LLC, has implemented the CRM ELMA credit conveyor system, which currently serves customers through this platform.
At the next stage of the project, a comprehensive audit will be conducted to ensure the stable, uninterrupted, and safe operation of the system, an in-depth analysis of existing business and technical processes, and the elimination of identified deficiencies. In this regard, it is planned to develop a technical assignment (TZ) for the audit in the coming days, receive preliminary commercial proposals from contracting organizations, and organize the selection process for the audit project.
The results of this audit will serve to further improve the CRM ELMA credit conveyor system, optimize lending processes, and raise the quality of services provided to clients to a new level.
