In our country, systemic reforms are being carried out to combat corruption and ensure justice and openness in society.
In particular, the decrees and resolutions adopted by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in this area serve to further strengthen work in this direction, strengthen order and discipline, and guarantee the rights and freedoms of citizens.
Taking this into account, in accordance with the order of the Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB "Microcreditbank" dated September 30, 2025, No. F-50, the second Wednesday of each month in "Microcreditbank" is designated as "Anti-Corruption Day."
This is being done to further increase knowledge and responsibility among employees by studying legislation and internal regulatory documents on combating corruption, and to systematically implement preventive measures aimed at preventing corruption.
Within the framework of this day, it is planned to conduct an analysis of current national and international legislation, seminar-trainings, open dialogues on eliminating existing corruption risks, and educational events aimed at ensuring honesty, responsibility, and transparency in the bank.
Corruption is an obstacle to development. To overcome it - not only by law, but also by consciousness and conscience!
We call on all employees to actively participate in the "Anti-Corruption Day," to feel personal responsibility, and to prioritize the interests of the bank and society!
