On December 10 of this year, an appeal was published on social networks on behalf of bank employees regarding low wages, unsatisfactory KPI indicators, and overtime work.
We inform you that wages and equivalent payments in the bank are carried out in full and on time on the basis of the current labor legislation and labor contracts concluded between the employer and the employee. Monthly KPI payments are calculated based on the level of fulfillment of employees' job responsibilities and monthly indicators.
Also, at the end of the month, employees entrusted with the task of collecting problematic debts and monitoring property received through a bank loan may be involved in work on-site (except for the bank building) as needed.
