Wide opportunities have opened up for the sustainable development of agriculture in Uzbekistan. In particular, the initiatives and decisions of the head of our state aimed at the effective use of household plots and land plots of dehkan farms, the introduction of a modern management system in the industry, and financial support for the production of high-income and export-oriented products contribute to the development of the industry. This is significant because it is aimed at attracting the population to entrepreneurship in the regions, ensuring their employment with high-income work, and lifting them out of poverty.
Today, JSCB "Microcreditbank," considering it its goal to ensure the implementation of the initiatives of the head of state, is implementing a number of projects.
As proof of this, one can cite the training seminar organized by JSCB "Microcreditbank" and LLC "Quva-Agro star" at the Fergana State Technical University with the participation of leading exporters, entrepreneurs, and young people of the Fergana Valley who intend to work in the field of marketing.
The training seminar was attended by representatives of Microcreditbank, the management of Kuva-AgroStar LLC, representatives of the Fergana regional administration, and more than 40 students.
The 4-day seminar on the topic "Marketing and Export" was conducted by a specialist invited from Russia, Natalia Bulgakova, who provided the necessary knowledge based on world experience to exporting entrepreneurs and young people interested in the field of marketing.
Also, during the training process, it was emphasized that owners of household plots and officials of dehkan farms should pay special attention to the organization of a new export geography in the region, innovations related to the storage, processing, packaging, and transportation of products in addition to their cultivation, as well as new technologies, and world experience in this area was explained with examples.
At the end of the training course, the seminar participants were awarded special certificates.
In conclusion, it can be said that the seminar provided an opportunity for owners of household plots and dehkan farms, entrepreneurs, and partners to familiarize themselves with modern knowledge, practical skills, and international trends.
