In the system of JSCB "Microcreditbank," employees for the recovery of problem loans operate on a contractual basis. These employees are paid a monthly salary in accordance with the terms of the contract, as well as additional incentives based on the results of the work performed.
According to the contract, the amount of additional incentives is paid depending on the degree of fulfillment of the indicators set by the employee.
Due to the fact that the citizen who sent an appeal on social networks did not fully fulfill the work indicators specified in the contract, the reward amount may have been calculated in a minimal amount.
At the same time, we inform you that other employees who have fully and effectively fulfilled the indicators stipulated in the contract have been paid incentive payments in the established amount on time.
JSCB "Microcreditbank" makes all payments in accordance with current agreements and internal regulations.
