Reading Hour: Harmony of Work and Thinking

A book is an invaluable source that enriches human thinking, brings goodness to the soul, and a new meaning to life. By reading a good work, a person not only acquires new knowledge but also learns to look at life, human relationships, and themselves from a different perspective.

The "Reading Hour" project, aimed at increasing the reading culture of employees and enriching their worldview and spiritual world through reading, is consistently continuing at JSCB "Microcreditbank."

The novel "Goodbye, Weapons!" by the famous representative of world literature, American writer, Nobel Prize laureate Ernest Hemingway, was chosen for the next reading.

At the event organized after the reading of the work, bank employees expressed their opinions on the content of the novel, the fates of the heroes, human feelings, love, war, and peace. Test questions prepared based on the work were also organized for the participants, and the extent to which readers have mastered the work was tested.

Another interesting aspect of the event was that the participants read excerpts that left a deep impression on them. Through this process, employees demonstrated not only their knowledge of the work but also their personal views and conclusions based on its content.

The most active and knowledgeable readers were awarded commemorative gifts.

Indeed, reading is not just about reading books. Every page read calls a person to reflect, observe, and draw new conclusions. In particular, collective reading creates a unique platform for exchanging opinions between employees, listening to different points of view, and exchanging new ideas.
