The main directions of state policy in the field of combating corruption in our country are such tasks as raising the legal awareness and legal culture of the population, forming an intolerant attitude towards corruption in society, implementing measures to prevent corruption in all spheres of state and public life, and ensuring the principle of the inevitability of responsibility for committing corruption offenses.
To this end, on March 10 of this year, a regular training seminar for bank employees was organized at the Tashkent City Territorial Administration of JSCB "Microcreditbank" in cooperation with the Tashkent City Main Administration of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The meeting was attended by the Senior Operational Representative of the Yunusabad District Department of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes of the city of Tashkent, Junior Counselor of Justice Azizkhon Ergashov, the head of the territorial department, deputy heads, heads of departments, heads of BXM, BXO, and all employees.
According to Azizxon Ergashov, Senior Operative Officer and Junior Counselor of Justice of the Yunusabad District Department of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes of the city of Tashkent, corruption is considered immoral and a vice from a moral standpoint, and a crime from a legal standpoint.

It was noted with concern that the number of corruption crimes is not decreasing, mainly in the spheres of medicine, education, public services, in particular, in the areas of licensing and permitting the activities of banks and business entities.
"Mahalla Bankers," assigned to all bank service centers and mahallas, actively participated in this seminar and received comprehensive information and practical recommendations on preventing corruption based on such principles as honesty, transparency, public control, and responsibility.
Also, during the "round table" held in the form of an open dialogue, it was noted that every person should, first of all, be honest in their work and show an intolerant attitude towards any corruption cases.
During the seminar, employees received answers to their questions and expressed the need to jointly combat this vice.
At the end of the event, it was noted that the fight against corruption should become one of the urgent tasks that must be carried out regularly. Only then will we eliminate this danger.
