A briefing was held with the participation of Sarvar Ochilov, Head of the Bank's Information Service.
Information was presented on the activities of a special structural unit related to combating corruption in the Mikrokreditbank system, and the special attention paid to the prevention and prophylaxis of corruption in the bank.
In particular, over the past period, in order to prevent corruption in the Microcreditbank system, measures have been taken to reduce the "human factor" through the digitalization of all processes, the strict implementation of internal regulations and instructions, staff rotation, the introduction of a declaration of possible conflicts of interest, and compliance with the code of ethics for employees.
During 2025, the bank's internal anti-corruption control system was improved. In particular, 16 existing internal policies and procedures for combating corruption were revised, 7 of which were developed in a new edition.
The compliance control system in the bank's head office and regional offices has been strengthened, and new staff units for anti-corruption control have been created in the bank's regional offices.
To prevent conflicts of interest, the practice of submitting declarations at the end of each year and by newly hired employees has been introduced, and the submission of declarations by all employees has been ensured.
During the reporting period, data on risk assessment were uploaded to the electronic platform "E-Anticor" and submitted for public discussion.
6 communication channels for receiving appeals from individuals and legal entities have been created, including the "Hotline," a special email, a Telegram channel, Facebook, the bank's official website, and the "Mavrid" mobile application.
In order to widely promote these communication channels among the population, announcement boards, information stands and booklets on communication channels, as well as handouts, training manuals and booklets encouraging employees not to engage in corruption, were published and placed in places convenient for clients.
During 2025, 202 appeals received through these communication channels were studied, and appropriate response measures were taken on 7 of them.
Based on the importance of prevention in preventing corruption, 66 seminars were organized in cooperation with law enforcement agencies with the participation of employees of the bank's head office and regional branches, and employees' knowledge and skills in the field were improved.
In order to analyze the knowledge and skills of all employees, 2,000 employees underwent testing.
In addition, in order to ensure the effectiveness of the work carried out within the framework of the fight against corruption in the bank, the second Wednesday of each month has been declared "Anti-Corruption Day."
According to the results of the international monitoring audit conducted in August 2025, the bank's activities were positively assessed, and the international certificate ISO 37001:2016 on the functioning of the anti-corruption system was re-approved.
The Anti-Corruption Agency rated the effectiveness of Microcreditbank's work on combating and preventing corruption in 2025 as "good."
