In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks set out in the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-62 "On measures to radically improve the system of personnel training for sectors of the economy" dated February 7, 2024, a branch of the Marketing Department of the Tashkent State University of Economics was opened at the Microcreditbank JSCB.
The opening of the department's branch was attended by Sh. Ibragimova, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSCB "Mikrokreditbank", S. Mehmonov, First Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the TSU, professors and teachers of the Marketing Department of the university, and bank employees.
The purpose of opening a branch of the department at the bank is to improve the practical skills of students by ensuring the integration of science, education, and production, to raise the process of training highly qualified personnel with modern knowledge and high spiritual and moral qualities, who think independently, to a qualitatively new level, and to ensure the transition from education focused on acquiring theoretical knowledge to an education system focused on the formation of practical skills.
The main tasks of the department branch are:
actively involving personnel customers in the process of training highly qualified specialists;
directing the educational process towards the formation of practical skills, involving experienced and leading specialists of the practice object in conducting classes;
organizing round tables and master classes, scientific conferences with the participation of leading practicing specialists of the practice object;
carrying out scientific research on the practice object in collaboration with practicing specialists;
providing financial and moral support to talented and aspiring students through various competitions held by the practice object.
At the end of the event, it was agreed to create a roadmap to ensure the implementation of the set tasks.
