This new system - the "AVTOPARK" module - allows managing all processes related to the bank's vehicle fleet through a single platform.
With the help of the module, each car is registered on a separate electronic card. All information, including the license plate number, brand and model, technical passport, insurance period, and responsible driver, will be collected in one place. At the same time, fuel, maintenance, and repair costs will be automatically recorded, and a unified report will be generated at the end of the month.
Another important aspect is that fines from traffic police and radar cameras are automatically uploaded to the system. This fine is assigned to the relevant vehicle and driver, and monitoring of the payment status is carried out. At the same time, along with an increase in driving discipline, accurate statistics on fines will be formed.
The module also systematically reflects the activities of drivers. A database will be created for each driver, and the number of fines, fuel consumption efficiency, and disciplinary indicators will be maintained. Full automation of waybills and distance calculations will significantly simplify daily processes.
The "AVTOPARK" module has the ability to automatically collect fines through the E-Government API and integrate with the bank's ERP and HRM systems. If necessary, it is also planned to establish confirmation processes through an electronic signature.
As a result, the implementation of this module will simplify the processes of managing official vehicles in Microcreditbank, optimize costs, create the possibility of automatic formation of these costs in the plan for the next year, and ensure the transparency of all processes.
