MKB Pay - an automatic debt collection system
An intelligent platform that collects overdue loan payments 24/7 without human intervention.
MKB Pay is a modern solution that automatically covers the bank's overdue loan debt. The system downloads the list of overdue debtors from the ABS (IABS) every operating day and covers co-debtors and guarantors in addition to the debtor itself - thereby maximizing the scope of recovery.
How it works
A list of UzCard and HUMO cards for each borrower, co-borrower, and guarantor will be formed, and the system will continuously monitor their balance. As soon as money appears on the card:
HUMO - in 1 second,
UzCard - funds are automatically debited in 3–7 seconds and transferred directly to the bank's credit account with an additional commission. The process will continue continuously until the loan debt is fully repaid.
Key Features
Smart balance control (category 6) - cards are divided into 6 categories based on their behavior, each of which is optimally checked at its own frequency: unnecessary requests are reduced, and money receipts are detected immediately.
Custom scoring - the balance history of each card is analyzed. The system prioritizes checking when and which card has the highest probability of receiving money.
Integration with UzAsbo - debtors working in government organizations are identified, and special priority is given to paydays.
Push (webhook) integration - real-time push messages from UzCard and HUMO allow for the immediate recording and collection of funds.
24/7 continuous operation - the system operates around the clock, without days off; it is load-resistant and uninterrupted due to a multi-instance architecture.
The result is no manual calls or reminders — funds will be automatically debited as soon as they appear on the card. This reduces the collection rate to seconds, saves staff labor, and significantly increases loan repayment.
It is noteworthy that the MKB Pay system was developed by MKBANK specialists in the field of artificial intelligence and software. This is a vivid example of the bank's internal IT potential and innovative approach.
