Microcreditbank presents a mortgage deposit: a reliable savings solution for purchasing housing
Microcreditbank has introduced a "Targeted Mortgage Deposit (Subsidy) " for citizens planning to obtain a mortgage loan. This deposit is a convenient savings solution for forming a down payment and effectively utilizing state subsidy opportunities.
Basic terms of the deposit:
- a yield of 16% per annum;
- deposit term - 12 months;
- the deposit amount is formed in the amount of the down payment subsidy.
- Minimum deposit amount: 1 million soums
If the bank refuses to issue a mortgage loan or the depositor refuses to use the mortgage loan, the bank shall, within two working days:
- returns the depositor's own funds and accrued interest thereon in the prescribed manner;
- refunds the down payment subsidy and accrued interest to the State Budget without the consent of the depositor.
