In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Additional Measures for the Further Development of the State Language" dated October 20, 2025, a "Public Dictation" campaign was organized at JSCB "Microcreditbank."

The main goal of this initiative is to strengthen the skills of bank employees to conduct business in the Uzbek alphabet based on the Latin script, assess the level of literacy, and further increase attention and respect for the state language.
One of the most beloved works of Uzbek literature - the story "Dream" from Utkin Hashimov's book "Affairs of the World" - was chosen for the topic of the dictation. The text was read by Gulshoda Ibragimova, Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank on Spiritual and Educational Work and State Language Issues, journalist.

During the event, the participants had the opportunity to test their knowledge and skills in the spelling rules of the Uzbek language, punctuation marks, and the culture of correct writing.
For the bank's team, this campaign served not only to assess literacy, but also to enhance spirituality and promote a culture of reading.
At the end of the campaign, some employees expressed a desire to become more closely acquainted with the work of Utkin Hashimov. Some didn't hide that they hadn't read this work before and said they intended to read it today.
The bank team called the dictation process nostalgia, reminiscent of youth and school days. Some assessed this process as memory, personal development, and creative experience.
