As is known, on April 13 of this year, Oydina Abdumannapova from the Tashkent region sent an appeal to the "Appeal to the President" telegram channel stating that she works as a small entrepreneur and currently wants to receive a "HAMROH" loan to develop her business, but cannot receive a loan due to the negligence of the employees of the Chirchik Microcredit Bank.
This appeal was investigated by bank employees.
It turned out that citizen Oydina Abdumannapova had indeed applied to the bank with the desire to receive a loan under the "HAMROH" project, but since she had not transferred her main account number to the bank, it was not possible to allocate a loan to her.
At this time, a conversation was held with the citizen, explaining that the entrepreneur should transfer his main account number to the bank and submit an application through the special portal hamroh.biznes-portal.uz.
