This appeal was investigated by bank employees.
It turned out that citizen Oydina Abdumannapova had indeed applied to the bank with the desire to receive a loan under the "HAMROH" project, but since she had not transferred her main account number to the bank, it was not possible to allocate a loan to her.
At this time, a conversation was held with the citizen, explaining that the entrepreneur should transfer his main account number to the bank and submit an application through the special portal hamroh.biznes-portal.uz.
