At the Karshi city banking services office (BXO) of Microcreditbank, issues of providing convenient customer service, developing the regional economy, and effectively promoting banking products were discussed with the participation of bank agents.
During the seminar, the participants were explained the content of Resolution No. PQ-312. This document is important in that it serves to develop entrepreneurship and support small businesses.
The possibilities of the “Hamroh” credit line aimed at supporting women's entrepreneurship were also discussed. Agents were provided with detailed information about the mechanisms for expanding women's business activities through preferential loans.
The meeting discussed retail loans, their new types and the procedure for providing them to customers, as well as the advantages of Visa and UzCard plastic cards and strategies for their effective sales. The importance of Visa in the international market and UzCard in the domestic market was emphasized.
In addition, the issues of creating new jobs through credit funds, the role of agents in providing banking products to the population, their training and motivation were considered.
