It is not for nothing that our people say, "Land is an inexhaustible treasure, and the farmer is a treasurer." Today, the introduction of a 30-year lease of arable land to unemployed members of the population in our country to earn income and receive material benefits is fully justified.
The President's resolutions "On additional measures to increase the income of the population by supporting the establishment of dehkan farms" and "On measures to develop family entrepreneurship in fruit and vegetable growing and viticulture, and increase the share of dehkan farms in agricultural production" are yielding practical results.

Microcredit Bank is also actively participating in projects organized on the principle of "One account - one product", providing financial support to homestead landowners and farmers.

One of them is the launch of a new project to grow bell pepper on a 10-hectare area in the Zarafshan neighborhood of the Bulungur district of the Samarkand region.
This area was divided among 59 farmers, each participant was given 10 acres of land. According to calculations, a total of 100 tons of crops are expected to be harvested from the project. This means that one farmer can earn an average of 34 million soums.

"You see, whoever wants to work has an opportunity. Whether you live in a city or a remote village, depending on the climate and opportunities of each region, you can earn a good income. All you need is patience, hard work, and effort," says one of the farmers who started growing bell peppers as part of the project.
The "One Account - One Product" project implemented by Microcredit Bank not only supports farmers, but also serves to increase economic activity in the regions.
