A loan agreement for the amount of 109.3 million euros was signed between JSCB Microcreditbank and the International Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), a member of the World Bank Group. An important international financial agreement to attract funds in euro equivalent is expected to be signed.
According to official MIGA sources, the agency will provide a trade finance guarantee for Microcreditbank in the amount of €109.3 million.
This international guarantee will allow the bank to attract new funds from external financial markets and will be aimed at such priority areas as financing small and medium-sized businesses and supporting export-import operations.
This international agreement has become another important step towards strengthening trust in JSCB Microcreditbank among foreign investors and international financial institutions.
