On October 8-16, 2019 in Tashkent, a training seminar was held on the topic “Training for trainings” for the planned games “Savings”, organized by the German Savings Banks Fund for International Cooperation (Sparkassenstiftungfür international Kooperation).
Five employees of Mikrokreditbank JSCB, who successfully participated in this seminar and received certificates, at the invitation of the Fund will take part in an exciting and large-scale professional development event to be held in Germany (Waldhausen, Rhineland-Palatinate) November 4-11, 2019
The visit will first be at the Savings Banks Academy in Waldhausen. In addition to intensive training of trainers, the visit program also includes guided tours of a number of practices related to current agricultural topics in Germany.
Within the framework of the visit, a visit to Bingen Technical University with a professor from the Agricultural and Environmental Faculty, as well as a visit to the Vandelinhof experimental farm, will take place.
In addition, it plans to visit the Boppard biogas plant, the Sunvald dairy farm, the winery, the Agricultural Tourism Association of rural women and the Appel Happel family family organization, a typical bio-farm house specializing in fruit growing and processing. An introduction to the process of generating energy from agricultural waste at Power to Gas is expected.
