As of December 11, 2019, the authorized capital* of Microcreditbank reached 1 641 728 456 172 soums from 1 044 185 256 468 soums by placement of additional shares.
*-authorized capital is the initial, initial capital in the monetary expression, which is recorded in the Charter of the join-stock company. The authorized capital is formed from the account of receipts from the sale of shares, private investments of founders and public investments.
