
Today, the "Open Doors Day" was held at the head office of JSCB "Microcreditbank" in honor of the "December 9 - International Anti-Corruption Day."

The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSCB "Mikrokreditbank" Shakhlo Ibragimova, Deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Botirali Shodiev, Director of the international company "CERT-International" Marat Khabibulin, who expressed their views and opinions on the fight against corruption in our country, its prevention, and the formation of an atmosphere of intolerance to this evil in our society.
Furthermore, media representatives and bloggers participated in this event, familiarizing themselves with the ongoing efforts at the bank to combat corruption.
It should be noted that based on the 2023 rating results of the Anti-Corruption Agency, our bank moved from the red zone to the green zone and was awarded 84 points.

As is known, based on the requirements of the Law "On the Openness of the Activities of State Authorities and Management" and the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 16, 2021 №PD-6247 "On Additional Measures to Ensure the Openness of the Activities of State Bodies and Organizations, as well as Effective Public Control," and the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 14, 2022 №PD-154 "On Measures to Increase the Level of Openness and Introduce
As a result, in the Openness Ranking published by the Anti-Corruption Agency for 2023, Microcreditbank was recognized as a "green" category with 75.2 points, ranking 22nd out of 103 organizations analyzed.

In July of this year, in order to introduce international anti-corruption standards, the Department completed a 2-stage audit of LLC "CERT-ACADEMY" to obtain an international certificate ISO 37001:2016 "Anti-corruption management system - requirements and instructions for application," and our bank received an international certificate ISO 37001:2016.
In order to raise the legal awareness of employees and adapt the level of knowledge to international experience, in July 16 bank employees advanced their qualifications and received certificates under the international management system ISO 37301:2021.
A training course on "Conflict of Interest" was also posted on the bank's online MKB TRAINING ACADEMY educational platform to prevent conflicts of interest among employees. In this course, bank employees were explained in the form of a video about how conflicts of interest arise, and at the same time, an opportunity was created to get acquainted with this Law, and after getting acquainted with the information entered in the form of a quiz, the employees tested their acquired knowledge and skills by passing a test.

On the basis of a special manual, 293 newly hired employees were trained on the prevention of corruption and preventing conflicts of interest, legal consequences of possible offenses.
A total of 138 appeals from citizens were received to the department through communication channels (including: 3 through e-mail, 6 through the official website, 10 through the Telegram bot, 119 through the hotline), and the study was conducted in accordance with the current procedure.
At the event, which was held in the form of a sincere and open dialogue, bank employees and journalists received answers to their questions and at the end of the event they had a friendly conversation.
