On February 17 of this year, the complaint of a citizen who could not get a loan from the Andijan regional office of ATB Mikrokreditbank was announced anonymously through the "Behind the Shield" telegram channel. Bank specialists did not provide additional information (name, surname, home address or phone numbers) of the citizen who applied, so it was not possible to investigate.
We note that in accordance with the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-39, preferential loans are allocated to our citizens within the framework of family business development programs based on the recommendation of assistant governors.
