
On January 17 of this year, citizen F. Kuchkarov sent a video message on the Facebook page of "Civil Control" about a problem he encountered when purchasing US dollars from the currency exchange counter at the bank's Juma Banking Services Center in the Pastdargam district of the Samarkand region.
When this appeal was studied by the relevant specialists of the bank, it was found that in fact, the citizen had applied to the bank's cashier-operator N. Ilashev on January 17 at 16:45 to purchase US dollars. N. Ilashev refused, informing the client that the software was not working. However, due to technical reasons, there was a short interruption in the software, and work was quickly restored.
An explanatory meeting was held with the cashier-operator N. Ilashev regarding this incident, and a fine and disciplinary action were imposed on him.
The bank is taking appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
