The digitization and maintenance of the technical, legal, and economic condition of buildings on the bank's balance sheet, initiated in cooperation with MKBANK FIDO-BIZNES, has been completed. As a result, the building's address, name, branch code, year of construction, type of structure, area, book value, technical condition (fire safety, electricity, heating system condition) and building passport number were attached to the electronic database.
Communal expenses were also integrated. It is possible to remotely monitor electricity consumption, water, gas, heating, maintenance and storage costs, as well as telecommunications (internet, telephone) costs online.
In addition, monthly (Center for the Management of Digital Government Projects under the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan) the possibility of obtaining data through electronic reporting, an automated calculation and analysis module (energy efficiency analysis) has appeared.
In short, a digital passport will be created for each building - through this passport, it will be possible to obtain complete information about the building at any time.
In the future, the bank plans to additionally connect each bank building with the land plot based on geocordinates and integrate the system with GIS (Geographic Information System). This also creates the possibility of viewing the condition of buildings on the map from a distance.
