The bank is investigating the issue of withdrawing credit funds from citizens in accordance with the procedure established by law.

Regarding appeals circulating on social media regarding the activities of the "BEGLAMISH-SOY" production cooperative, credit funds allocated to citizens, and circumstances related to the establishment of vineyards, JSCB "Microcreditbank" reports the following.

In 2020–2021, a total of 9.63 billion soums in credit funds were allocated to 321 members of the "BEGLAMISH-SOY" production cooperative to establish modern drip irrigation vineyards.

Using the allocated funds, a modern drip irrigation system was installed on 172 hectares of land, and grape seedlings were planted.

However, within the framework of the project, the installation of concrete poles and wires necessary for the full organization of vineyards was not carried out in the prescribed manner. As a result, problems arose with the allocation of vineyards to cooperative members in the prescribed manner.

Regarding these cases, law enforcement agencies have initiated relevant criminal cases and conducted judicial proceedings.

A legal assessment was given to the activities of the former and subsequent heads of the cooperative, and appropriate punishments were imposed on them based on court decisions.

It should be noted that the bank allocated credit funds in accordance with the current procedure and relevant documents. The organization of the cooperative's activities, the targeted use of allocated funds, the establishment of vineyards, and the distribution of land plots to its members were the duties of the cooperative's leadership.

Currently, due to the above circumstances related to the management of the cooperative, problems remain regarding the allocation of vineyards to citizens within the framework of the project.

Taking into account the appeals of citizens, JSCB "Microcreditbank" will continue to study this issue in the manner prescribed by law and take appropriate measures within the bank's powers.
