There is no problem opening a bank account.

On June 5 of this year, a post was published on the Facebook page "Oltin vodiy" about the rude treatment of a customer by employees when he went to the bank's Oltiariq banking service center to open an account.

The situation was investigated by the relevant authorities on the same day.

Since this appeal did not provide specific information about the client or the employee who treated him rudely, it was not possible to fully investigate the situation.

In this regard, we would like to inform you that there are no problems with opening an account for clients at the Oltiariq BXM, only the specified documents are required to be submitted to the bank.
