A "Meeting of Leaders and Youth" was held at the "Sahid Zarafshon" hotel in Bukhara, at the initiative of "Mikrokreditbank" JSCB.
The uniqueness of this dialogue is that it not only heard appeals and problems, but was also enriched by young people's proposals based on innovative ideas, startups, entrepreneurial initiatives, and scientific approaches aimed at the future.
The event was attended by leaders from four important areas:
Shakhlo Ibragimova, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSCB "Mikrokreditbank",
Hafiza Artikova, Deputy Khokim of Bukhara Region - Head of the Department for Family and Women's Affairs,
Jamol Nosirov, Head of the Bukhara Region Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change,
Shavkat Rahmonov, Head of the Regional Department of Youth Affairs.
The leaders held an open dialogue with more than 300 active young people who visited from different parts of the region.
During the meeting, more than 20 new proposals and business projects were put forward by young people. It can be especially recognized that the innovative business projects presented by active girls from Bukhara are scientifically and practically clear and well-developed. By supporting these projects, we will expand the ranks of young female entrepreneurs in our country and thereby create new jobs.
It is worth noting that at the meeting, Mikrokreditbank JSCB provided detailed information on issues such as supporting youth, especially women's entrepreneurship, credit programs, financial literacy, and financing startups.
In her speech, Shakhlo Ibragimova provided comprehensive information about the opportunities and practical assistance created by the bank to support young people, especially women's entrepreneurship, and shared her recommendations on important aspects of starting a business.
