We reported that on February 17-21 of this year, a training seminar on floriculture and gardening was organized for 25 unemployed women from Chimboy at the “Gulchi Opa Home Garden Service” cluster training center in Jizzakh region under the auspices of Microcreditbank. Today, the practical results of this training seminar are beginning to be seen - 15 of the participants have already launched their own businesses. They were provided with greenhouses with the financial support of the bank.

Deputy Chairman of the Bank's Board, Shakhlo Ibragimova, visited Chimboy district and got acquainted with the work carried out after the training seminar. She first visited the Gulistan neighborhood and inspected the activities of women who have organized flower growing and greenhouses. One of them is Roza Ilauova. After the Microcredit Bank built a greenhouse for her, Roza is now taking care of various types of flower seedlings and strawberry seedlings there. A similar initiative has been introduced in five more households in the Gulistan neighborhood.

Almagul Qanlibekova, a resident of the Gujumli neighborhood, is also engaged in the care of flower seedlings. She expressed her satisfaction with her new job in a conversation with bank officials, as she put into practice the knowledge she gained during the training seminar.

According to estimates, greenhouses established on 1 acre of land can generate up to 40 million soums in annual income. In addition, some households have started poultry and livestock farming along with floriculture, which will help to further expand women's sources of income.

Currently, another 10 women who participated in the training seminar are preparing to start their own businesses.
Shakhlo Ibragimova, during a meeting with the flower sisters from Chimboy, expressed hope that they will soon be among the profitable entrepreneurs.

Notably, this initiative will not only improve the lives of the participating women, but it is also planned that they will introduce their experience in other neighborhoods in the Chimboy district in the future, thereby aiming to encourage unemployed women to become entrepreneurs.
