To understand who the Jadids were, it is necessary to know the history of that time very well. Jadidism emerged in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The Jadids were youth, and Jadidism was a youth movement. According to information, the famous writer Chulpan, a favorite of the Jadids and young people, was 13 years old in 1910, and Behbudi was over 30 years old.

What is the uniqueness of Jadidism? First of all, their intellect was extremely developed, and they had a certain knowledge of both Eastern and Western culture. Almost all of them received a higher religious education, read and enriched their knowledge with the achievements of both Eastern and Western culture by reading and reading the poetry of Navoi, Jami, Fuzuli, and philosophical treatises created in the Middle Ages.

This topic was discussed at a creative meeting on the topic "Jadidism and Jadid literature" organized at the Microcreditbank. The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Bank Shakhlo Ibragimova and employees of the bank.

Senior researcher of the State Museum of Memory of Victims of Repression, Doctor of Philosophy in Historical Sciences Bakhrom Irzayev spoke about the Jadid movement, their ideas, goals, contribution to development and enlightenment.

It is noted that our Jadid ancestors, who came out with the noble idea of "Unity in language, thought, and deed," believed that the main way to bring our peoples out of ignorance and backwardness, to save them from the mire of ignorance is in knowledge and enlightenment, in acquiring secular progress.
They showed selflessness in this path, opened new-method schools, theaters and libraries, and publishing houses. They published newspapers and magazines to change the worldview and lifestyle of members of society. Young people were sent to study in advanced countries.
In short, they mobilized all their strength and capabilities to realize the idea of national revival and development. During this creative meeting, the employees of the Microcreditbank acquired the necessary knowledge and skills.
