In accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, consistent measures are being implemented to introduce the state social insurance system into practice and widely promote its essence.

- From January 1, 2026, maternity benefits will be assigned and paid by the State Social Insurance Fund.
- From July 1, 2026, temporary disability benefits will also be paid by this fund.
Important aspect:
These benefits are issued automatically, proactively, without citizens' requests, based on information available in state information systems.
