On March 19 of this year, a user on the "kikki_viv" telegram channel reported that citizens were going through a thousand hoops to get preferential loans at the Fergana City Microcredit Bank and that there were long queues at the bank. When they went to the bank's management to get an explanation for this situation, they were in a meeting and there was no employee to listen to citizens.
This situation was investigated by bank officials.
It turned out that there are no problems for customers in obtaining preferential loans, this process is carried out not by bank employees, but on the recommendation of the assistant khokim and through the online platform oilakredit.uz. It was also revealed that there are no queues when obtaining preferential loans at the bank and that citizens are being accepted as usual.
It should be noted that it was not possible to contact the applicant to fully investigate the application.
