A training seminar aimed at combating corruption and strengthening the principles of honesty and transparency was organized for bank employees at the Jizzakh Regional Territorial Department of JSCB "Microcreditbank." This event will serve to improve the quality of services in the banking sector, strengthen customer trust, and prevent corruption.
During the training, participants were provided with detailed information about the negative consequences of corruption and its impact on the development of the economy and society. Current legislation, internal control systems, and modern anti-corruption methods were also discussed.
Seminar davomida mutaxassislar tomonidan real hayotiy misollar asosida tushuntirishlar berilib, xodimlarning muammoli vaziyatlarda to‘g‘ri qaror qabul qilish ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirishga alohida e’tibor qaratildi. Interaktiv savol-javoblar, guruhli muhokamalar orqali ishtirokchilarning bilim va tajribalari boyitildi.
Tadbir yakunida bank xodimlari o‘z faoliyatida halollik, mas’uliyat va qonun ustuvorligini ta’minlash muhimligini yana bir bor ta’kidlab, korrupsiyaga qarshi murosasiz munosabatni shakllantirish zarurligini bildirdilar.
