
An open dialogue with entrepreneurs and the public was held in the Arnasoy district of Jizzakh region, with the participation of Ikrom Djumaniyozov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Microcreditbank JSC. More than 40 citizens and entrepreneurs attended the event.

During the meeting, detailed information was presented about the services offered by the bank based on the "Uychi Experience." These experience-based services of the bank are aimed at providing loans to citizens through simplified procedures, supporting entrepreneurship, and improving economic conditions.
During the open dialogue, participants raised concerns regarding the following issues:
• More than 30 credit allocation issues.
• 4 requirements for land allocation.
• Other economic and organizational issues.

The bank management issued directives to examine each appeal on-site and resolve them in collaboration with relevant organizations. This event was organized by the bank as part of its ongoing efforts to maintain regular communication with entrepreneurs, study their proposals, and provide practical assistance.

As a result of the meeting, responsible staff members were assigned specific tasks regarding the execution of appeals, and it was established that ongoing monitoring would be conducted to ensure their resolution.
