A seminar on the topic "We will fight corruption together" was held.

Corruption is one of the global problems that must be solved on a global scale. This vice seriously undermines the political and economic development of any state and society, leading to the violation of human rights and freedoms. Therefore, every person should develop immunity to this and be able to respond without compromise.

We know that in many reports and speeches, the head of our state repeatedly emphasizes that the fight against indifference, negligence, bribery, corruption, fraud, and abuse of office should become the goal of the entire society.

In order to turn this idea into a slogan for bank employees, a regular training seminar was organized for employees of the territorial administration of JSCB "Microcreditbank" in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and BXO, BXM.

During the training sessions, information was provided on the intolerance of any manifestations of corruption and the ruthless fight against it.

The training seminar, in which more than 200 employees participated, was held in the form of a question-and-answer session and lively discussions.

At the end of the seminar, bank employees were tested, and those who received high scores were appropriately rewarded.

Also, in the afternoon, a round table was organized by bank employees in cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

During the "round table," held in the form of an open dialogue, an exchange of views took place on raising the legal awareness and legal culture of the population, working with the Law and subordinate acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in forming an intolerant attitude towards corruption in society, their essence and content, and the introduction of modern anti-corruption systems.

At the end of the event, it was also noted that the fight against corruption should become one of the urgent tasks that must be implemented regularly.
