Today, the joint-stock commercial bank Mikrokreditbank is actively participating in large-scale work aimed at improving the socio-economic situation of the population, creating new jobs, and developing small and medium-sized businesses in our country.
To this end, on July 10-11, Mikrokreditbank organized a team building event entitled "Banker and Neighborhood: One Goal, One Way" at the Arda Khiva complex in the Khorezm region.
This team building event also included a training seminar and open dialogue for neighborhood bankers and agents in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, and Bukhara regions.

The event, which brought together about 150 mahalla bankers and mahalla agents, was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Board of Microcreditbank Shakhlo Ibragimova, and responsible managers of the head office.
We know that mahalla bankers study the business opportunities of the mahalla, talk to people, and turn their ideas into projects. They teach the population how to get loans, repay them, open a business, sell their products, and accompany projects. So, in this process, honesty and intolerance to corruption are required of them.
During the open dialogue, it was emphasized that trust in mahalla bankers is growing, and to justify this, they must be far from corruption, and an employee vaccinated with the vaccine of honesty can serve the bank and society responsibly.
Also, the dialogue provided warnings about compliance with internal documents adopted by the bank, such as the "Anti-Corruption Policy", "Code of Ethics", "Policy for Preventing Conflicts of Interest", and the prevention of corruption and conflicts of interest in the work process. It was also mentioned that we have communication channels in the system for reporting corruption cases and illegal actions.

At the end of the event, it was emphasized that if we all unite in the fight against corruption, a corruption-free society will emerge in the new Uzbekistan, and that MKBANK will always actively participate in ensuring openness and honesty, strengthening public trust and state policy.
During the event, which turned into a sincere dialogue, the participants also received answers to questions of interest to them.
