In recent years, large-scale work has been carried out to create decent living conditions for the population, improve the business environment, and ensure employment through the socio-economic development of the country, support for active entrepreneurship, innovative ideas, and creative potential.
JSCB "Microcreditbank" also provides constant support to citizens who want to earn income through their own labor within the framework of the "Every Family - Entrepreneur" program in order to attract the population to entrepreneurship and thereby create new jobs and ensure employment.
JSCB "Microcreditbank" has allocated a concessional loan of 300 million soums to the family enterprise "NODIRABEGIM SHAXZODBEK SHOXIJAHON" in the Peshku district of Bukhara region for the organization of seed production activities. The head of the enterprise, Bakhodir Badalov, using this loan from the bank, established seedling farming on his 50 sotix plot of land. Currently, more than 170 thousand seedlings are being grown in this greenhouse.

It is noteworthy that this project aroused great interest among other homeowners in the district, and on the recommendation of the mahalla banker, a cooperative was organized on an area of 10 hectares based on the principle of "One contour - one product," 50 households were assigned to this cooperative, and each of them was provided with 20 sotix of land on a lease basis. With this, the bank did not abandon the population, and for the effective organization of greenhouse activities, Microcreditbank allocated credit funds in the amount of 900 million soums to lessee landowners.
In the first sowing season, tomatoes were grown in greenhouses. As a result, each household earned 75 million soums, and the net profit amounted to 55 million soums. Currently, the planting of the second harvest - cucumbers - has begun. This season, each tenant is expected to receive income of about 50 million soums and a net profit of more than 30 million soums. By the end of the year, the total net profit for each household is planned to reach 90 million soums.

Mikrokreditbank will continue to provide financial support to the population's initiatives, attract them to entrepreneurial activity, and most importantly, create stable sources of income.
