In pursuance of the protocol "Interdepartmental Meeting on Reducing Problematic Loan Debt," held on November 14, 2025, under the leadership of the Minister of Economy and Finance J. Kuchkarov and the Prosecutor General N. Yuldashev, on December 1 of this year, a legal awareness-raising event was held for bank employees in the Kashkadarya regional branch of JSCB "Microcreditbank" to ensure that employees are impartial and fair in the performance of their official duties in order to prevent corruption and offenses.
The event was attended by a responsible employee of the regional Prosecutor's Office B. Pulatov, the head of the collection service B. Rozikov, senior employees of the bank's Kashkadarya regional branch, heads of BXO-BXM, their deputies, and all responsible employees of the collection service via "ZOOM."
At the event, it was noted that it is necessary to establish strict control over the allocation of loans and the timely collection of overdue loans, increase the responsibility of employees by strengthening effective daily control over their activities, and be objective and fair in the performance of official duties.
The inevitability of punishment for corruption offenses was also discussed, and examples of negative cases of corruption in the banking system of the republic were given.
