The Presidential Decree of February 2, 2025, "On Additional Measures to Assist in the Employment of Graduates of Higher Educational Institutions," defines specific tasks for ensuring youth employment, strengthening their integration into the labor market, and improving the personnel training process with the participation of the private sector and commercial banks.
At the expanded meeting chaired by the President of our country on August 8 of this year, important instructions were given to ensure the employment of graduates of higher educational institutions.
In order to ensure the fulfillment of these instructions, JSCB "Microcreditbank" is carrying out practical work on the employment of graduates and their professional training.
Recently, an interview and tests were organized for students and graduates of the Faculty of Socio-Economic Sciences of Urgench State University at the Khorezm Regional Territorial Administration of JSCB "Microcreditbank."
18 graduates took part in the online tests. Five selected young people had the opportunity to improve their qualifications in the Khorezm regional branch of Microcreditbank, as well as in BXMs in cities and districts.
"Microcreditbank" will continue similar practical measures in other regions of the republic to support young specialists, ensure their professional development and a worthy place in the banking sector.
