In accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Joint Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders’ Rights”, we bring to your attention the following.
By the decision of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of "Mikrokreditbank" joint-stock commercial bank on June 27, 2023, the authorized capital of the Bank was reduced from 3 547 333 340 220 soums to 3 545 927 089 668 soums.
Creditors have the right to demand from the Bank early fulfillment of their obligations and compensation for losses related to the reduction of the authorized capital no later than thirty days from the date of notification on the reduction of the authorized capital of the Bank (from the date of publication of the notice).
